Novice series is a 45 mins riding session for user with no or minimum experience in cycling training. Class is conducted using Terrain Mix Training coupled with interactive music, giving you a fun and unique cycling experience.

The PRO SERIES is for seasoned road rider or Advance Series riders who are looking for professional training. Riding sessions in PRO SERIES is "RACE READY" intensity, i.e. more rough terrains, highest intense and Real road feeling to prepare and condition riders into race or competitions. Class will be led by Professional cycling trainers.
